We’re excited to welcome Ailidh Lennon to the Bute Yard kitchen for the first time this spring.
Formerly a chef at Inver Restaurant, Ailidh now runs an artisan micro-bakery and seafood takeaway on the Isle of Iona, where everything is made in house and built around local, seasonal produce. Her food is imaginative, relaxed and full of character, modern Hebridean street food that feels special without being overworked.
Expect a small, thoughtful menu that changes with availability, showcasing some of the best produce from the west coast.
