Cast and Ember arrives at Bute Yard with island-based chef Ealána Jean, known for her fire-led cooking and bold, flavour-driven menus.
Built around live flame and cast iron cooking, this is food prepared in the moment, straight from the BBQ. Expect a rotating selection of flame-grilled meats, fire-roasted vegetables, fresh breads and seasonal sides, all served as generous, build-your-own plates.
Ealána has become a familiar face at Bute Yard, with her relaxed, high-energy approach to cooking and a style that brings people together around the fire. Cast and Ember continues that experience, focusing on simple ingredients, cooked well, with depth of flavour coming from smoke, heat and time.
