Dumpling Mama returns to Bute Yard with a menu full of handmade dumplings, comforting noodle dishes and bold Asian flavours.

Every dumpling is freshly prepared and pan-fried to order, with a fantastic range of fillings to choose from. Whether you're a fan of traditional pork dumplings, looking to try something a little different like Pork & Kimchi or the Mexican Cowboy, or prefer one of the vegan options, there's something for everyone.

Dumpling Mama also has a range of gluten-free handmade dumplings – believed to be the only gluten-free handmade dumplings currently available anywhere in Scotland. 

Alongside the dumplings, you'll also find a selection of delicious noodle dishes and sharing plates, including Hot & Sour Soup Wontons, a refreshing Soba Noodle Salad, and Zhajiangmian – rich noodles with pork and soybean paste sauce.
