We’re welcoming El Dorado Taqueria to the Bute Yard kitchen for the first time this spring.
El Dorado is a family-run street food business specialising in authentic Mexican cooking, built around traditional recipes, slow-cooked meats, vibrant salsas and fresh, handmade accompaniments. Everything is prepared on site, with a focus on flavour, warmth and proper hospitality.
