Pork or chicken & garlic spring rolls. Mixed with grated carrots, black pepper & Filipino soy sauce. - A MAMA DEL'S CLASSIC!!!
PULLED PORK ADOBO RICE BOWL
12 hours slow cooked pork in our Filipino Adobo Sauce (soy sauce, vinegar, bay leaves, peppercorns, brown sugar, ginger & garlic). Served with cucumber, spring onions & homemade Atchara. Finished off with black pepper.
CHICKEN ADOBO RICE BOWL
Marinated chicken in our Filipino Adobo Sauce (soy sauce, vinegar, bay leaves, peppercorns, brown sugar, ginger & garlic). Served with cucumber, spring onions & homemade Atchara. Finished off with black pepper.
GINATAANG SITAW NA KALABASA RICE BOWL
A rich coconut dish with green beans, butternut squash, red onion & garlic. This vegan version combines mushroom stock & gluten free soy sauce to give the salty taste of the original recipe. Served with cucumber, spring onions & homemade atchara, finished off with black pepper.
