About the event
Dumpling Mama specialise in Cantonese-style dumplings, which are distinct from Japanese gyoza or other Chinese varieties. Their dumplings bring the authentic flavours of Hong Kong.🇭🇰 Their signature dish is the Pork & Chive dumpling, made with authentic Thai chives flown in fresh weekly.
They also offer fusion dumplings and sweet options, like the Banana & Nutella dumpling. One of their customer favourites is the Mexican Cowboy dumpling, packed with beef, pork, vintage cheese, jalapeños, and chilli.
