Mixed Fruits de Mer Platter (served cold) £25pp - a selection of oysters, mussels, clams, potted brown shrimp, crab, smoked trout, mackerel pate served on crushed ice with lemon wedges and a variety of sauces (mignonette, cocktail, and garlic butter).
