About the event
Yella is a Glasgow street food company with the goal of making the best and most delicious subs! All their food is homemade and their bread is from their local bakery in Glasgow.
One of their most famous options is their ‘T in the Pork’ which is pork shoulder marinated in spice blend then slow cooked in Tennents Lager giving it a rich flavour. They also have veggie and vegan options such as their ‘Nae ‘Meat’ Baws’ which is their veggie meatball marinara topped with sliced mozzarella and pesto.
