We’re delighted to welcome Smoked Tamago to the Bute Yard kitchen for the first time this spring.
Winners of the 2025 Scottish Street Food Awards and finalists at the British Street Food Awards, Smoked Tamago are known for bringing bold, comforting Japanese-inspired street food with serious attention to flavour, balance and craft.
Their food is rooted in Japanese cooking techniques, layered with modern influences and designed for sharing, grazing or settling in for something a little different.
