Truck Sri - Kitchen Pop up

We’re excited to welcome back Truck Sri, the Glasgow-based street food favourite, to Bute Yard this June! Known for their bold, Southeast Asian-inspired flavours, Sandali and Angelo are returning with their much-loved menu—plus a few tasty new additions.

Alongside their signature kottu, they’ll now be offering a gluten-free version made with string hoppers (rice flour noodles), while still serving the classic roti-based kottu for traditional fans.
